Reviews can only be left after a real interaction. Incentivised or fake reviews lead to suspension.

Publish your refund policy clearly. Honour bookings paid through Kluben unless mutually cancelled.

Use in-app messaging first. Unresolved cases can be escalated to Kluben Trust within 14 days.

No weapons, illicit drugs, counterfeit goods, adult services, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
