By using Kluben Connect ("Kluben", "we", "our") you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Who can use Kluben
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, and able to enter binding contracts. Businesses must be lawfully registered or operating in good faith.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
3. Listings and content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Kluben a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it on the platform. You must not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
4. Transactions
Kluben facilitates discovery, communication and payments between users. We are not a party to contracts between consumers and businesses unless explicitly stated.
5. Fees
Listing and browsing are free. Service fees may apply to paid bookings, payouts and premium features. Fees are shown at the point of purchase.
6. Trust, safety and abuse
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Community Guidelines, Marketplace Rules or applicable law. Repeated abuse, fraud or scams result in permanent removal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kluben is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
